This team made our roof replacement SO easy! From the moment we noticed storm damage, Eric and the team immediately stepped in and took action. They had emergency tarping on same day, and coached us through opening a claim with our insurance. Eric handled almost all communication with insurance throughout the process and charted out every financial detail for us. Response time is immediate, pricing is fair and there are no surprises. They even quickly got our roof completed while we were out of town, just a couple of days after we received the insurance check. Upon returning home we could barely even tell they had been there- cleanup was impeccable! We were so impressed that such quality work was done in such short timing. Eric and Ridgecap were great to work with.
They did everything they said they would do, including working closely with my insurance company to get the roof replacement covered.

Eric did a great job communicating the process and was patient with me as we waited on decisions from insurance and selections on what I wanted to replace my roof with.

Very smooth process!  Eric at Ridgecap GC was great to lead the communication with our insurance company.  We even had a personal issue that delayed the project several months.  Eric followed up and we got back on track.  The roof & gutters were completed very quickly & look great.  I feel like they are quality products & service to the end. We Required a roof after a pretty substantial hail storm, as well as some soft spot repair, and while discussing w/family, Ridgecap was suggested as a fair, and efficient business that an Aunt had recently used.
After we called, an appointment was set to evaluate, and it was off to the races!
Eric handled the questions, and after the green light, the crew showed up and were some of the most efficient guys I've ever seen, their experience made it go like clockwork. Zero issues. 2 days, with plywood replacement in multiple areas, and it was  like the storm never happened.
